Where the Sun Always Shines is a poetic film of nostalgia, the meaning of home, and what happens when it is threatened by the march of time. The climate crisis is threatening to swallow up her beloved hometown of Bognor Regis by 2050, and so a filmmaker turns the lens towards what could disappear within her lifetime. As the clock is ticking and the waves are creeping in, she finds herself looking through new eyes at a community grappling with the threat of climate disaster.
