As a documentary director Hollie Fifer’s films have screened at festivals both within Australia and internationally. Her first documentary Children of the Rainbow Serpent (SBS) was produced in southern India with Australian Volunteers International; and Common Ground (SBS) was awarded Best Foreign Short at the Californian Film Awards and Award of Excellence at the Canada International Film Festival. Hollie has recently completed two short documentaries Corinna and Unnatural while developing her first feature documentary, The Opposition. Hollie has studied at The Northern Film School in the United Kingdom and graduated with a Graduate Diploma of Documentary at the Australian Film Television and Radio School.

Media Stockade is an independent production company based in Sydney, Australia, with our eyes and ears open to stories from around the world. Founders, Rebecca Barry and Madeleine Hetherton, share over a decade of film and TV production experience and collectively have made over 50 hours of broadcast television. They have been colleagues for the last 15 years and now are working together on an exciting slate of projects. They are joined by All Media Producer Ester Harding, whose passion for interactive story telling and engaging audiences across platforms keeps Media Stockade pushing the boundaries in form, as well as subject. Recent titles include the 4 time AACTA nominated feature documentary I Am A Girl and ratings success The Surgery Ship for SBS.
