The Doc Society Circle Fund is a funders group bonded by a passion for enabling the very best documentary film. The fund was set up in response to the growing demand by individual philanthropists and family foundations who are committed to helping secure a diverse and independent future for media.

A fund supporting the creative visions of filmmakers globally, Doc Society Circle is currently by invitation only. Our film team will recommend projects that we encounter at film forums, film markets and through submissions across our existing programmes; we will reach out directly to you if we think a film is a good fit. At this time we are unable to accept unsolicited applications.

Doc Society Circle has been made possible by a group of family foundations and individual philanthropists. The founding members of Doc Society Circle without which, this fund would not have been possible are: Cristina Ljungberg, Sam Roddick, Lekha Singh.
